I think you can use proxy ports as well. Like an ip address with a port number.

minimal ads, allows flash, and forum friendly. Has a few issues with SMF and VB though.

I did a little surfing about it and found a new software called Psiphon developed at the university of Toronto. It's available for free.

Have you heard about Anonymisers like Stayinvisible, Silentsurf and Idiotschool? I also came across another software called Freegate.
