Appearance and Theme:
Well the big welcome box seems awfully weird, it has a huge text saying "BIGFATASS" which doesn't seem too welcoming on your forum, maybe a nicer greeting, this will get more members interested and not just going there accidentally. I would like to say the theme is nice and calm, I enjoy it, nice and fluid.
Activity Levels:
Activity looks well, nice stats there with 800 members they do post, it is not just registrations, I also see a couple members online, that is a big plus! Good job!
Comment on Staff:
Staff seem active and working, not lazy. I would try to improve their spelling and grammar in posts to help maintain a professional look for your forums, and maybe spell chack each post.
Things to Improve on:
Work on the Welcome Box and staff posts.
