FAQ

Do you allow?

Adult Content - Yes, as long as it is legal in the United States of America
Warez, Nulled or Pirated Software - No, this is not permitted on our network
Free Hosting - Users are permitted to provide free hosting as long as it is kept under control and monitored. Remember that you are ultimately responsible for the actions of your customers.
File Storage - Users are permitted to use their web space for file storage as long as it does not violate any of the above items.
Chatrooms - We do permit chatrooms as long as it does not cause any server performance issues.
IRC Scripts - IRC Scripts are not permitted at any time
Proxies - We do permit the use of our servers for private proxies. Public proxies are not permitted.

All of our servers are located at the InterServer or Burst.net Datacenters. Both of these DataCenters provide 24/7 Monitoring of all of our equipment to ensure maximum uptime.

Privacy Settings

We respect the privacy of our resellers and take the following measures to prevent users from finding out that you are a reseller.

Server Hostname - Our server hostnames are pointed to a unbranded domain rather then server1.k-disk.net or server2.k-disk.net
Custom and Unbranded Nameservers - We provide special unbranded nameservers as well as permit all resellers to set their own custom nameservers
Dedicated IP Options - Resellers can have all of their clients placed on a shared dedicated IP address to isolate their clients.

Other FAQs

Which Master Reseller Script do you use? All of our Master and Alpha Reseller Plans are powered by ZamFoo.
Do you provide SSH Access? SSH access may be enabled upon request to our support team. We can also turn on SSH access for sub clients upon request. We do require a copy of a Government Issued Photo ID card to be scanned and uploaded to our secured client area.
Can I Resell WHMCS and ClientExec Licenses? You may only resell WHMCS and ClientExec Licenses to your sub customers hosted on a K-Disk Server
