Great support, great up-time and very friendly staff members!

Uptime is the most important.

Price is important too of course

And decent, but most importantly knowledgeable support - I'd rather wait a bit longer and get a knowledgeable solution than go around in circles with some of these so-called support people who know less than I do

I agree with you, I would rather pay a little more for Quality then pay a little less for Downtime. Always remember when choosing a host, you should always test their support. Ask them a question and judge the timelyness and quality of the response.
